The Liberty Lines Service Charter represents the tool with which the company describes the activities and services offered by the Company and communicates the pre-established quality objectives, with a view to constant improvement.

The Customer Satisfiction is a market survey that is sent to Liberty Lines passengers who have made at least one trip, with the aim of investigating customer satisfaction and complying with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. A total of 11,486 feedbacks were received during 2022.
