How can I sign in on the liberty lines website?

In order to create an account you can follow these instructions:

- From the home page click on the button “register”
- Complete the fields provided with your personal data. Make sure that your e-mail address is correct.
- After filling in all fields click on “register”.
- This will open a confirmation box pop -up. Click on “ Ok”.
- After having successfully registered you will receive an e-mail with a link to activate your account. Click on it.
- Immediately after clicking on the activation link a new pop-up window will appear that confirm the account activation. Click on “ Ok”.
- Once confirmed, you will be directed to the login page. At this point you can log in by entering your email address and password.
- You created an account with Liberty Lines.

How can I set a new password?

When the screen is opened for log in, select the link for modify the password.

How can I purchase on line?

You can do it directly from the home page or by entering to the customer area after the registration.

How can I make sure that my reservation is confirmed?

In the last phase of purchase, after the payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a PDF attached ( e-ticket) to be shown to the dock for make the check in.

What can I do if I don’t receive the confirmation email?

Is possible that the confirmation email is in your spam box.
If you don’t receive the confirmation email and isn’t possible get back the reservation in the section “MY RESERVATION”, you can contact the call center (0039 0923 022022)

I paid my trip but I didn’t receive the e-ticket. what I have to do?

It may happen that in high season, the synchronization with banking system cause an error and the ticket doesn’t arrive. In this case you need to contact the call center.

Is it necessary to insert all passengers name's during the procedure of booking on line?

Yes, it is necessary fill in all the fields ( name, surname, date of birth etc);

When filling in the “name” fields an error message appears, what are the causes?

The problem can be the accent or the apostrophe. It’s not allowed the use of accent or apostrophe in the names.

There is an error in the personal date that I have inserted. how can I do?

You can contact the call center that is at your service every day from 08:30 am to 19:00 pm;

Can I book for a group on the website?

No, Liberty Lines allows you to book until 9 passengers, over 9 passengers you have to send an email to callcenter@libertylines.it
For group over 25 passengers you can take a discount by contacting our group office or by sending an email to: gruppi@libertylines.it

Can I cancel my reservation through the customer area?

No! You can cancel it by sending an email to callcenter@libertylines.it within two hours before the departure. You can renounce and request a refund with the penalty fee provided in our rules of procedure.

Can I change my trip through “Customer area”?

Yes! To modify the trip click on “ Change your trip” and insert the booking number and the phone number. You can go ahead with the change of all trip; it isn’t possible to make a partial change.

Where can I find my tickets?

If you are registered and you completed the purchase on your Customer area, you can find it on the page “YOUR TRIPS”.

How can I find my trips if I have bought through an agency or tour operator?

We suggest you to contact the Agency or Tour Operator which you booked.
