Thank you for choosing to travel with Liberty Lines. Your proposals and reports, are considered by Our Company a source of growth and wealth for our Quality Policy, with a view to continuous improvement, optimization of the services offered and customer satisfaction.
If we have not been able to meet your expectations can send any complaints and/ or reports by filling in each part of the form on-line.
You will have to file the complaint within two months from the date on which the transport service was provided or should have been provided. Within one month of receipt of the complaint, we will notify you that the complaint has been accepted, rejected or is still under consideration. The final response of Liberty Lines S.p.A. shall be provided within two months of receipt of the complaint.
We remind you that the journey is proved, as a receipt, by the ticket issued by the ticket office and valid for boarding.
You can also report malfunctions or inefficiencies of the service by letter to be sent to the address of the administrative office of the Company:

In any case, and without prejudice to the statutory limitation period, the passenger who suffers damage to their person at any time from the very first moment of the boarding process until the very last moment of the disembarkation process, must report it to the on-board command of the vessel and before the conclusion of the disembarkation process, giving their personal details.
