Transport conditions

The General Conditions of Transport concern all the regulations and service modes for the transport of passengers by Liberty Lines S.p.A., in Italy. Regulation (EU) No. 1177/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishes the rights of passengers traveling by sea and inland waterways.

The Veterinary Police Regulations (Presidential Decree 8 February 1954, n. 320) regulates the obligations of passengers accompanied by their pet. Article 45 of the Presidential Decree 28.12.2000 N.445 establishes the prohibition by public service operators to recognize the identity of an individual who does not exhibit valid identity or identification documents.
Council Directive 98/41/EC regulates the registration of persons on board passenger ships making voyages to and from the ports of the Member States of the Community.
