Reporting (Whistleblowing)
Liberty Lines is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, morality and legality in all its activities through the ethical behaviour of its employees as well as through the proper functioning of its system.
You can quickly and easily raise concerns about actual or suspected misconduct that may adversely affect our company or the welfare of our people.
The reporting system may not be used to make false allegations against third parties and, in general, deliberately inaccurate information may not be reported.
The report must provide all useful and appropriate elements to allow appropriate verification of its validity.
The management of “whistleblowing” is delegate to the Supervisory Body “SB”, jointly with the Corruption Prevention Compliance Function “FCPC” (if the report concerns completed, attempted, or presumed acts of corruption), and solely to the Supervision if the report concerns all other cases.
If the report is found to be well-founded, the Management will take the appropriate disciplinary measures and in any case actions to protect the company.
