Get back to Stromboli
The port area is the heart of the island, along its northeastern coast. As soon as you land at Punta Scari, you will immediately notice the charm of this island with its high cliffs broken by small beaches of black sand alternating with inlets and caves, white Mediterranean houses, citrus fruits that rest on a rugged but fascinating volcanic cone secluded in a deep blue sea. Leaving the port there is a road that leads directly into the town with traditional shops where you can try local delicacies. From the San Vincenzo piazza, which takes its name from the church of the same name, a path leads to the top of Stromboli.
