Teatro Massimo Vittorio Emanuele

The Teatro Massimo Vittorio Emanuele, the largest opera house in Italy, is of magnificent craftsmanship and is located in the heart of Palermo. This magnificent building often hosts performances of the characteristic puppet theatre, performed by a puppeteer. Another place of art is the Galleria d'Arte Moderna Sant'Anna, which houses splendid masterpieces by artists from the 19th and 20th centuries, including those by Giorgio De Chirico.
